Louis and I

One day Louis and I were playing together. We were wrestling and tumbling and having fun. Louis owns one of my nurses. He's called a Chinese Crested Powderpuff dog. Some of these dogs are hairless but Louis has a lot of hair. Even more that me!

Greyson

I made a new friend today. His name is Greyson and he's a Scottish Terrier. I guess he's from Scotland but he said he doesn't speak Scottish. He speaks animal. I wonder if he'll ever learn Scottish. His person had just taken him to the big dog place, where all the dogs sniff each others bums. Greyson said that he had fun but that the dogs were too big for him. He was wearing slippers on his feet! He says they keep his feet warm and keep the snow out from between his toes. I think they look funny. He was wearing three different pairs because he likes to take them off at the park and lose them. Silly Greyson.

We're playing boxing through the chair.

I'm hiding from him. Hehehe!

I'm telling him a secret.

Greyson's doing a trick called sit pretty.
I think it should be called sit handsome.

The x-rays!

One day last week I was a little bored. That happens sometimes. I don't always have something to do. I wandered around my clinic and asked what everyone else was doing. My nurse was going through old x-rays. An x-ray is a picture that we take with a big machine. It lets the doctor's see inside a dog or a cat without making a hole in them. The bones show up really white. It's really neat to look at x-rays. My nurse was taking out the old x-rays from when my doctor first opened my clinic. They were really old - seven years old! My nurse said that we only keep x-rays for seven years and then we give them away to someone who destroys them for us. I decided that she needed some help.

Too many colours!!!

I know highliters aren't for playing. I know you're not supposed to use them on your fur. But I just couldn't help myself!!! See, I was going to the rock-n-bowl and they have black lights and I wanted to look cool for the girls. So I borrowed my office managers markers and I made myself up! Don't I look awesome?
Okay, I lied :(
I wasn't going to the rock-n-bowl. Fact is, I can't bowl - my little paws don't fit around the bowling balls. I just wanted to see how cool I'd look. I washed it off right after they took the pictures!! I promise! Please don't get mad. I'm too cute to get punished.

Hahahaha!!!!!

So this is my retaliation for them taking away my play thing. I was peacefully playing with a collar but those people, my staff, took it away from me. Well, I found a better toy to play with. I don't know what it is but the staff have it up in my reception area in a little box. I think they sell it to the dogs that come into my clinic. Well, I took one and had some fun with it. It was full of holes after I was done playing with it.

Just an ordinary day!

I can play with just about anything I find. Usually it's something that my staff don't want me to play with like a dogs tail, an ear tip, their food and so on. But occasionally I do play with something that is strickly for me. Like a mouse, or a little ball, or on this occasion a catnip pillow. I love catnip pillows. They smell so good and they make me feel so happy. There are a lot of catnip pillows in this place. I think my staff sell them to other cats to make them happy too. That's a good thing because I want my feline public to be happy and to like this place so anything that goes home that they like is a good thing.

There are times when I find something on the floor that doesn't normally belong there. In those cases I claim the object as mine. One day I found a collar on the floor. It was fun to play with. It smelled like dog and it tasted like freedom. I played with it until my staff took it away from me. Darn it!!! Well, I'll show them. I'll find another play thing.
